Also known by the name of one bag mixer, it takes one bag of cement at a time in the mixing process. 10/7 BL Model Concrete Mixer has a batch capacity of 300 litres (10 cu.ft.) for unmixed aggregate and 210 litres (7 cu.ft) for mixed aggregate. The aggregate feeding is by a mechanically operated side loader bucket with automatic shaker gear and control. The whole unit is mounted on a strong steel chasis with four pneumatic wheels and draw bar.

SALIENT FEATURES
The heavy duty mixing drum is capable of mixing a batch of mixed concrete 10% in access of the nominal capacity. The extremely efficient Automatic Shaker gear speeds the discharge of materials in to the mixing drum. It is so designed that no other part of the machine apart from the loader bucket is subject to vibration. The automatic shaker device is the most efficient method of accelerating discharge of dry aggregate. Doubled hinged mounting enables loader bucket to be raised quickly with minimum strain on ropes and prime mover.

The above unit is powered by 6 HP Air cooled Kirloskar Diesel engine.
