Tower Hoist

Builder tower hoist winch machine of 1000 kgs gross loading capacity with 104 ft tower (16 ft long 6 Nos. & 8ft long 1 No.).
Towers is fabricated from 65 x 65 x 6 mm M. S. angle, brackets from 100 x 6 mm M. S. flats & 35 x 35 x 5 mm M. S. angles, with necessary connecting stripes of 63 x 8 mm M. S. flats.
Winch is powered by 15 H.P. standard Motor (Reputed Make). The winch is supplied with ½” dia steel wire rope having steel core type 6 / 19.
Safety carriage unite is fabricated from 100 x 50 mm M.S. Channel &12 mm. M.S. plate & tipping skip fabricated from 1/8” thick M.S. plate, 3/4” M.S. pipes.
Total equipment is installed on heavy duty chassis mainly fabricated from 150 x 75 mm M.S. channel. Motor cabin and chain covers are fabricated from 18 gauge M.S. sheet .
We will provide 4 Nos. of pneumatic tyres with heavy duty axles & hubs. A complete unit shall have all standard materials & equipments.
